This award was bestowed upon him for being the all time top goal scorer in football tournament. Ronaldo was honoured by the the UEFA President Alexander Ceferin during the inaugural 2024-25 UEFA Champions League 36-team league phase draw ceremony at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. This honor is a testament to the sheer dominance and consistency Ronaldo has displayed throughout his illustrious career, which has spanned over two decades at the highest level.
